ive finished!!!

Now completing my final piece and coming to an end of my project I have realised that there are so many contributing factors to my sense of place and therefore my initial idea of a collage of pictures still remained evident. My collage portrays my life which was essentially my aim throughout the project. I’ve put events that were at the time extremely difficult in my life in black and white are contrasted with the good things in my life which are in colour. Anish Kapoor has greatly influenced my final piece as I incorporated the idea of reflection in it, I want people to look at my art piece and reflect on what they consider their sense of place to be. My intentions for my piece throughout were to invite others to reflect on what their sense of place and I believe that my piece has the ability to do that.
